Vehicle configuration
The road sweeper is modified with a Foton small truck-type national class III and II chassis, and is equipped with an auxiliary engine, a fan, a clean water tank, a garbage can, a left and right vertical sweeper, a rear suction cup, a sweeper dust suppression system, a hydraulic system, and an electronic control system for special devices. It is modified from the sub-frame and so on (the front flush can be added and the sprinkler can be added)

5. The clean water tank makes full use of the vehicle space, with a volume of 1.5m3 and a built-in water level alarm. The inside of the water tank is treated with anti-corrosion, anti-rust and anti-virus treatment, which makes the pump run more safely and ensures the cleaning efficiency.
6. The dustbin adopts a double-layer stainless steel structure with a volume of 4m3. A filter screen is installed inside, which can effectively prevent light objects such as leaves and plastic bags from blocking the air vents and discharging dust. The built-in spray dust pressure device makes maximum use of the space of the garbage bin for loading garbage. The car body adopts tipping unloading.
7. The left and right vertical sweeping is a single sweeping disc, and the front sweeping disc has an automatic avoidance function, which reduces the number of sweeping brushes and the consumption of sweeping brushes, which can reduce the cost of use. A water spray device is installed on the brush to spray dust. The left and right vertical sweeps are controlled separately, which can realize different operation modes such as rear sweep and full sweep.
