During the test, the speed of the vacuum pump is controlled at the rated speed, and the blowdown time starts from moving the valve and stops when all the liquid in the tank is discharged. Time with a stopwatch, measure three times, and take the average.
Determination of temperature rise of vacuum pump during operation of sewage suction truck
Control the speed of the vacuum pump at the rated speed, measure the temperature rise of the surface temperature of the vacuum pump shell when a tank of water is continuously pumped with a spot thermometer, and the min scale of the spot thermometer is not greater than 1 degree Celsius.
Leakage test of suction and drainage system of manure suction truck
All the welding seams and connecting and sealing parts of the tank body are coated with soap liquid, and the vacuum pump of this vehicle is used to transport compressed air into the tank, and the system pressure reaches 150kpa for 20 minutes. Observe the vacuum gauge readings and check for air bubbles in the area where the soap is applied.
