(1) This car uses the engine gearbox to connect the sandwich power take-off to drive the high-pressure pump to generate power to make the cleaning pump work. When the power take-off is switched on and off, the air pressure of the car must be more than 6, and at the same time depress the clutch to pull the power off. Then slowly release the switch of the power take-off, so that the gear of the gearbox and the gear of the power take-off are completely connected, install the cleaning nozzle prepared in advance, put it into the pipeline to be cleaned, and then turn on the switch of the high-pressure tee, according to the pipeline The size of the throttle and the actual blockage are adjusted to adjust the size of the throttle, retract the high-pressure pipe to allow the nozzle to automatically advance to complete the cleaning work, and its work efficiency can reach dozens of times or even higher than that of manual or dredging machines;
(2) Daily maintenance and common faults of the high-pressure pump: Generally, when the high-pressure pump works for 6 months or 200 hours, the original oil in the high-pressure pump needs to be released, and the oil with a label not lower than the national standard CD20W50 needs to be added, and the cross-section is checked regularly. Check whether the screws on the shaft are loose, and whether there is any abnormal noise from the high-pressure pump, and regularly clean the debris in the filter;
(3) The high-pressure pump will tremble slightly when the car is just picked up for use or reused after each time the water is discharged. This is because there is air in the high-pressure pump. You only need to open the water tap under the high-pressure pump and leave it for a few minutes. Or do not put the nozzle on the high-pressure pipe first, and you can see that the high-pressure pipe does not vibrate significantly. Sometimes it takes several repetitions to completely eliminate the air for normal use. There is no need to add water on both sides of the cleaning box. You can add water from the fire hydrant or from the top of the water tank. When adding water, pay attention not to open the water pressure too much, so as not to damage the tank if the air cannot be discharged;
(4) When the high-pressure pump works normally without water shortage, the pressure of the high-pressure pump is generally controlled within 16 pressures, which is excellent. If it is too high, it is easy to break the protective film inside the high-pressure pump and leak water, which will cause it to fail to work normally. The protective film is caused by mistakes. After breaking, you can remove the protective film screw from the leaking position, and use a can to cut one according to the size of the screw and put it in the screw. Try to be careful not to apply too much pressure during work, so as not to affect the service life of the high-pressure pump. If the high-pressure pipe vibrates during normal operation, first check whether the water level of the clean water tank is too low, whether there is debris blocking the pipeline, and check and clean the debris in the filter;
(5) All of our products carry the function of air-push water on the vehicle. Customers in cold winter areas should pay attention to stop the car and drain all the water in the high-pressure pump after each use of the high-pressure pump, and open the high-pressure three-way valve at the same time. Air push water switch, drain the water in the high-pressure pipe, prevent the cold weather from freezing to affect the next use or freeze the high-pressure pipe. After use, the air push water switch must be turned off, because it uses the air pressure in the air storage tank of the car to complete the function of removing water from the pipeline. When the tank is filled with water, the water will flow back into the gas storage tank along with the pipeline, which will also cause the vehicle to not brake and be dangerous. It is recommended that customers in summer or southern China can remove the handle on the gas push water switch to avoid misoperation by themselves or others. cause adverse consequences;
(6) After each work, depress the clutch to turn off the power take-off switch and release it slowly, so that the gear of the gearbox and the gear of the power take-off are completely separated before driving normally. Otherwise, the power take-off or gearbox assembly will be damaged, which is not covered by the warranty;
Again, let's look at the suction part:
(1) The principle of the power take-off switch of the sewage suction pump is basically the same as that of the power take-off switch of the cleaning pump. It is necessary to step on the clutch first, then pull out the power take-off switch and then slowly release it. The cleaning pump and the sewage suction pump cannot be used at the same time. Work, let alone turn on two power take-off switches at the same time, and also can’t turn off the power take-off when the car is used up;
(2) The vertical suction force of normal sewage suction is about 7-12 meters according to the horsepower of the vehicle. When the temperature in the north reaches below zero degrees in winter, when the temperature reaches below zero, all the water in the car and the water pump should be completely drained. The switch is in the open state, otherwise the irrigation body, water tank or water circulation pump and ball valve will be frozen. When refilling the water next time, you must remember to add water to the sewage suction tank first and then use the sewage suction function, so as not to reduce the service life of the water circulation pump;
(3) When there is water in the water circulation pump and the water tank, close all other valves except the sewage suction port, start the engine, hook up the power take-off, and open the four-way valve. The four-way valve is in the air outlet state, indicating that the water circulation pump is working normally It is working, and it is in the state of sucking sewage. On the contrary, the four-way valve is in the air intake state, indicating that it is in the state of sewage discharge. Then observe that the pressure gauge (without auxiliary engine) can reach -8/-9 pressure, indicating that the work is normal, (with auxiliary engine) engine) can reach -9/-10 pressure or even more. During the suction process, the observation port on the tank should be observed, and the tank should not be full, otherwise the sucked sewage will flow back into the water tank or pump with the pipeline. Corroded pump body;
(4) When you need to open the back door of the sewage suction irrigation, you must first open all the manual locking screws on the upper part of the irrigation body, otherwise the rear cover behind the hydraulic cylinder will be deformed by the hydraulic cylinder top and cannot be restored and leak water;
(5) The tank body cannot be lifted when it is fully loaded, otherwise the center of gravity of the whole vehicle is backward, and the vehicle may tilt its head or roll over;
(6) When the vehicle is maintained or overhauled, the safety strut must be supported when the tank is lifted to avoid accidents;
Finally, depress the clutch while turning on and off the power take-off; the tank cannot be lifted under full load; when opening the rear door of the sewage suction tank, be sure to open all the manual locking screws on the tank; when maintaining or overhauling the vehicle, it must be Put up the safety pole;
