    The operation method of filling asphalt: drive the asphalt distributor to the filling pipe, first put all the valves in the closed position, open the small cover of the filling port on the top of the tank, put the filling pipe in, and start filling the asphalt.     Operation method of heating operation: turn on the power of the main vehicle, start the gas-oil generator, open the generator damper → open the starter lock → close the damper → after the voltage is stabilized, open the relay switch, and the heat transfer oil pump behind will turn up. When the set temperature is set to the desired temperature, turn on the burner, and the burner will work in 20 seconds. After heating to the required temperature, turn off the burner, let the heat transfer oil pump circulate for 5-10 minutes, let the heat transfer oil temperature equalize, and then turn off the gasoline generator, and the spraying operation can be started.

 Operation method of spraying operation: remove the rear spray hook, turn on the lift switch next to the electric box, put down the rear nozzle, and open the left and right nozzles respectively, so that the nozzle is about 260 mm away from the ground, and the height can be adjusted with a chain. Start the main car engine, let the air pressure reach above 0.6MP, step on the clutch, open the power take-off and let the hydraulic system start to work. Open the oil outlet valve and adjust the spraying width and amount you require. Turn the running state to the ready position. At this time, the asphalt is circulated from the tank → oil outlet valve → filter → asphalt pump → left nozzle → middle nozzle → right nozzle → large circulation valve → back to the tank for circulation. About 10 minutes, so that the nozzle and nozzle temperature is higher. According to the recommended gear on the computer screen, the transmission of the car is hung in the same gear, and the spraying truck can drive to the specified operating point and turn the running state to the spraying position, and then spraying can be started. Keep the straight line at the same speed and drive to the end point, turn the running state to the stop position, and the spraying operation is over.
