The refrigerated compartment body adopts advanced and latest wooden craftsmanship, broken bridge insulation technology, high-strength fiberglass inside and outside the box, deeply embedded bolts, and seamless synthesis using large negative pressure equipment. [Refrigeration truck box configuration]
(1) : The interior and exterior of the refrigerated truck are made of high-quality fiberglass (non light absorbing, good insulation, strong hardness, and oxidation resistance), and filled with 8mm thick XPS extruded panels in the middle; High strength adhesive, hot pressing molding with a positive pressure machine (using a fully automatic gluing and pressing machine, gluing+pressing plate is completed in one go, gluing is uniform, not easy to bulge, and the board is produced quickly and efficiently).
(2) The floor is made of plastic steel patterned panels, with a 15cm apron on the inner side of the compartment. The box is wrapped at right angles, with front drainage holes. The door edge is sealed with labyrinth style rubber sealing strips and a glossy stainless steel door frame.
