The feed semi-trailer transport truck can be customized with a 12.2-meter, 5-compartment, 60-cubic-meter aluminum alloy tank (tank material options include carbon steel and aluminum alloy), powder coating, right-mounted auger, 10-meter discharge auger, pneumatic compartment covers, remote control, four-axle BPW air suspension, and two-axle lifting.

 

The feed semi-trailer tank can be made of carbon steel or aluminum alloy, and the design can be round or square. The tank is made of high-strength steel and welded in one piece, offering advantages such as light weight, good pressure resistance, and sturdiness. The round tank allows for unloading without dead corners and smoother discharge.

 

Chengli Special Automobile Co., Ltd. has repeatedly exported feed trucks and semi-trailers to Middle Eastern countries, customizing many vehicles and semi-trailers that meet SASO standards. The entire vehicle design uses aluminum alloy for extreme lightweighting and excellent durability.  The entire vehicle features standardized structural components; the semi-trailer and frame, and the tank and frame are fixed with bolts, allowing for easy assembly and disassembly. The hydraulic granular feed truck achieves fully automated operation and includes an independent auger control box. The tank can be divided into 3-8 independent compartments (customizable).  Innovative anti-slip walkways are installed on the top of the tank, and dual radiators and diesel engines are customized for high-temperature weather conditions.

Upper Structure Configuration: Tank Manufacturing Process: The tank is made of lightweight 700 high-strength steel 3MM thick plates, welded with 70-G welding wire to ensure that the tank does not crack and other welded parts do not detach. It is lighter, stronger, and has better flatness than traditional carbon steel tanks. Auger Configuration: Different size augers are selected according to the tank length. The upper and lower augers have a diameter of 220MM, and the vertical auger has a diameter of 273MM. The connecting parts of the intermediate blades are connected with high-strength wear-resistant sleeves. The blade material is SPCC smooth steel, which has good wear resistance and high strength. The electric auger motor is equipped with four 5.5KW imported Siemens and domestic Lu'an motors, which have good waterproof performance and fast heat dissipation. The 970 rpm speed ensures stable operation and fast discharge. The electrical box is made of 2.0MM thick stainless steel plate, which is waterproof and dustproof to IP65 level. The integrated circuit uses international first-tier brand Schneider Electric, which has reliable performance and simple operation.

 

Vehicle Features: 1. Bulk transportation of feed saves labor and reduces costs compared to bagged transportation, but requires livestock farms to have storage tanks for feed. 2. Bulk feed is transported in a sealed tank, reducing losses, ensuring quality, and avoiding pollution. It can operate continuously, greatly improving production efficiency. 3. According to different requirements, the feed tank can be divided into multiple small compartments to transport different feeds. 4. Fully automatic hydraulic and electric unloading system, no manual loading or unloading is required, making operation simple and convenient. The chassis uses a heavy-duty truck chassis, and other components, such as the gear pump and hydraulic motor, are also standardized.  The localization of imported hydraulic components provides convenient conditions for maintenance and repair.

 

Bulk Feed Transport Truck Principle:

 

The feed tank of the hydraulic bulk feed truck is mounted on the truck chassis. The special equipment consists of a tank assembly, a conveying system (composed of a horizontal unloading system, a vertical unloading system, and a movable unloading system), a hydraulic system (a high-pressure oil pump connected to a distribution valve via pipelines; the three output ends of the valve are connected to a rotary hydraulic motor, a lifting cylinder, and a series of horizontal unloading, vertical unloading, and movable unloading hydraulic motors), an electric system, and a pneumatic compartment mechanism. A gate is installed at the bottom of the tank, and a horizontal screw conveyor (commonly known as a horizontal auger) is installed below the gate.  The power is driven by the power take-off from the truck's gearbox, which then drives the high-pressure oil pump to power the hydraulic system. The hydraulic motor drives the blade shaft and blades of the horizontal screw conveyor through a transmission device, and the feed is discharged through the movable conveying system (commonly known as a movable auger). A movable unloading auger is placed horizontally on the roof of the truck and can rotate and lift freely. During transportation, the top screw pipe lies flat on the top of the tank; during unloading, it is lifted so that the discharge port at the end of the pipe connects and aligns with the feed inlet on the top of the storage tank at the livestock farm, completing the unloading process.

 

The bulk feed truck tank is made of 4mm high-quality carbon steel plate. The entire vehicle has 3 augers, driven by three 5.5KW motors. The top auger is hydraulically controlled for lifting and can rotate 180° left and right.

The tank can be divided into multiple independent compartments according to user requirements, allowing independent control of the unloading sequence and speed of each compartment. Electric auger type (for locations with three-phase power) can also be selected according to the user's actual situation. For locations without three-phase power, a three-phase generator must be selected for the electric auger system, or a hydraulic auger type should be chosen.

The electric auger is driven by three 5.5KW 380V motors. The hydraulic system of the auger ensures the stability of the vehicle's operation. The hydraulic pump is a vane pump, providing uniform flow, smooth operation, and low noise.  It has higher working pressure and volumetric efficiency compared to gear pumps, resulting in faster unloading speeds. Unloading can be controlled wirelessly via remote control.

The auger consists of three parts: a lifting auger, a vertical auger, and a horizontal auger. The vertical auger can rotate 360 degrees (±180 degrees).
