Everyone who is going to buy a fecal suction truck or a sewage suction truck will find out what kind of sewage suction pump to match from various channels.
First of all, for vacuum pumps and water ring pumps, we must first have a simple understanding. Vacuum pump is a large category, which includes many kinds of vacuum pumps, such as rotary vane vacuum pump, water ring vacuum pump, air ring vacuum pump and so on. There are several types of rotary vane vacuum pumps, such as single-stage rotary vane vacuum pumps, two-stage rotary vane vacuum pumps, 2X rotary vane vacuum pumps, 2XZ rotary vane vacuum pumps, XD rotary vane vacuum pumps and so on. The same is true for water ring vacuum pumps, and there are many types, such as 2SK water ring vacuum pumps, SK water ring vacuum pumps, 2BV water ring vacuum pumps, etc.

Territory: South and North
The vacuum pump is lubricated by oil, which has a low freezing point and can still be used in cold winters. The water ring pump uses water to cool and seal, and the water will freeze in the cold winter, making the water ring pump unusable. If the cleaning and suction truck is in the north with long winter and cold climate, it is recommended to configure a vacuum pump instead of a water ring pump. If the cleaning suction truck is in the south with short winter time and warm climate, you can choose a water ring pump with a larger displacement.
Chassis model: small sewage suction truck and large sewage suction truck
The size of the sewage suction truck is different, and the space for installing the sewage pump on the chassis is also different. If it is a small sewage suction truck, such as a 2-sided sewage suction truck, or a 3-5 sewage suction truck, it is recommended to use a vacuum pump. If it is a large sewage suction truck, such as a 15-square-meter sewage suction truck, with large chassis horsepower and sufficient space, it is recommended to use a water ring pump.
Vacuum pump and water ring pump have their own advantages and disadvantages. The water ring pump is large in size, heavy in weight, and requires large horsepower, and is only suitable for places with warm climates, but its use cost is low and the exhaust volume is large. Therefore, we can reasonably choose a sewage suction pump that suits us according to the model and area of use of the fecal suction truck.
