Design advantages of the water tank and sewage tank of the new cleaning and suction truck

The cleaning and suction truck is a sanitation model that combines a high-pressure cleaning vehicle and a vacuum sewage suction truck into one. The cleaning and suction truck can not only be used as a high-pressure cleaning for cleaning and dredging, but also can be used as a sewage suction truck to collect and transport sewage. In order to make the cleaning and suction truck more practical and easier to maintain, we collect market feedback and customer opinions, and continuously upgrade the cleaning and suction truck. Let's talk about the difference between the new cleaning and suction trucks and the old cleaning and suction trucks on the tank body.

There are two types of tanks on the cleaning and suction truck: clean water tank and sewage tank: clean water tank is used for cleaning and dredging operations; sewage canned sewage is used to collect and transport sewage. The sewage suction tank is a cylindrical tank, and the tank can be lifted hydraulically. The clean water tank is rectangular, in order to make full use of the space, the clean water tank is placed on the left and right sides of the sewage tank.

The clean water tank of the old high-pressure cleaning vehicle is placed on the left and right sides of the sewage tank, fixed on the subframe, and does not lift with the sewage tank. The high-pressure cleaning pump is installed on the girder at the bottom of the suction tank. When the high-pressure pump for cleaning the sewage suction truck fails and needs to be repaired or replaced, the sewage suction tank is lifted, and people enter a triangular space formed by the sewage suction tank and the chassis for maintenance. During the maintenance process, there is a sewage suction tank on the top and a clean water tank on the left and right sides. The space is very narrow, which is not convenient for the maintenance of the high-pressure cleaning pump.

The clean water tank of the new cleaning and suction truck is still prevented from being on the left and right sides of the sewage tank, but it is no longer fixed on the subframe, but directly welded to the sewage tank, which can be lifted together with the sewage tank. This design, on the one hand, reduces the amount of steel used, thereby reducing the weight of the vehicle. At the same time, when the high-pressure cleaning pump needs maintenance, because the clean water tank rises with the sewage tank, although the upper space is still blocked, the space on the left and right sides is no longer blocked. The more open it is, the more convenient it is to operate.
