During the operation of the sewage suction truck, the common mistake is to absorb too much sewage, causing the sewage tank to overflow and the sewage to be poured into the vacuum pump. Once the sewage enters the vacuum pump, the sewage suction truck needs to stop the sewage suction operation immediately, turn off the power take-off, and then clean the vacuum pump and sewage suction pipeline. Sewage backflow will interrupt the sewage suction operation, resulting in a decrease in work efficiency, and accelerate the wear and tear of the vacuum pump or even damage the vacuum pump. In order to prevent the sewage from being poured into the sewage suction truck, we have installed a fecal pipe or a fecal window on the sewage suction tank of the sewage suction truck.
There are three common types of sight windows on sewage suction trucks: sight pipes, disc sight windows and rectangular sight windows.
Sight tube is the most used one of the three types of sight windows. There are two advantages to using the sight tube: 1. It is easy to clean. A cleaning hole is designed at the top or end of the fecal pipe of the cleaning sewage suction truck. Open the cleaning hole, brush the inner wall of the fecal pipe with a cleaning brush, and finally close the cleaning hole.
It is more troublesome to use a disc viewing window or a rectangular viewing window to clean. It is necessary to disassemble the entire viewing window, take out the transparent plexiglass for cleaning, and then put it back as it is. Moreover, in the process of disassembling and assembling the disc viewing window or the rectangular viewing window, the sealing gasket of the viewing window is easily damaged, resulting in poor sealing and reducing the sealing performance of the tank.
2 is easy to observe. The sewage suction truck with the sight pipe can be observed from the left and front of the sight pipe. The sewage suction truck with the disc sight window and the rectangular sight window can only observe the water level of the sewage from the proof of the sight window.
