Isuzu Bulk Feed Transport truck KV100 Chassis Configuration:
Total mass: 7.3-8.3 tons, wheelbase: 3815mm, Isuzu 3X-level KV100/KV600 single-row cab, standard equipment includes 4KH1CN6LB Isuzu 120-horsepower engine paired with Isuzu MSB 5-speed transmission, climate control air conditioning, power steering, central locking/automatic windows, multifunction LCD instrument panel/air brake, front axle 2.5 tons rear axle 4.8 tons, tires 7.00R16, frame cross-section 172*65*4+3mm
Isuzu Bulk Feed Transport Truck KV100 5-8 Ton Feed Tank body:
The tank body is made of 4mm high-quality carbon steel plate, with three augers driven by three 5.5kW motors. The top auger is hydraulically controlled for lifting and can rotate 180° left or right. The tank can be divided into multiple independent compartments as per user requirements, allowing independent control of the unloading sequence and speed for each compartment.
Advantages of Isuzu Bulk Feed truck:
The bulk feed is sealed and transported within the tank to ensure quality
Isuzu Bulk Feed truck Structure Configuration:
The body of the bulk feed truck (feed tank) adopts a frame-type structure design, with the outer surface steel plate and skeleton connected by bolts, and all joints sealed with sealant. The two inner side plates of the body form a "V" shape with the horizontal screw conveyor, ensuring that the feed can slide down the incline entirely by gravity alone and enter the screw conveyor. The vertical outer side plate integrates the chassis and body, enhancing the overall aesthetic harmony of the vehicle. The body is divided into four compartments: the two middle compartments are permanently open, directly connected to the horizontal screw conveyor, while the front and rear compartments are permanently closed and equipped with discharge doors, which must be opened to communicate with the screw conveyor
The screw conveyor system includes horizontal, vertical, and inclined screw conveyors with pipe diameters of 273, 273, and 219 respectively. The conveying capacity is arranged in ascending order as horizontal, vertical, and inclined screw conveyors to ensure smooth unloading. Sealing devices are installed at both ends of the screw conveyor, driven by hydraulic motors and controlled via manual handles on the hydraulic system for directional and sequential operation.
The hydraulic transmission system is the core component of the bulk feed truck. To ensure stable and reliable operation, it employs a double-acting swashplate pump with dual-action rotation, consisting of a reciprocating hydraulic cylinder rotation circuit and a motor rotation circuit. The hydraulic pump is connected to the chassis power take-off through a universal joint, enabling power output. The output speed can vary with the engine speed. The overall layout adopts a decentralized structure, with key components such as the pump, motor, and directional valves all utilizing imported parts.
Rotating Device: To align the inclined screw conveyor discharge outlet with the storage tower opening, the inclined screw conveyor must not only be capable of lifting and lowering but also rotating within a certain range. Since the inclined screw conveyor and the vertical screw conveyor are connected as a single unit via hydraulic cylinders, the selection device designed on the vertical screw conveyor employs a worm gear reducer and chain transmission to achieve 180° rotation for both the inclined and vertical screw conveyors
The working principle of the Isuzu bulk feed truck: When the bagged feed and bulk feed truck is in operation, the feed ports in the middle of the top of the compartment are first opened to load the first type of feed, ensuring each bin is filled with 3 tons. Then, the feed ports at the front and rear bins are opened to load the second type of feed. These two bins are normally closed and equipped with separate feed ports, allowing them to be loaded with either feed type separately. This enables the truck to transport three different types of feed in a single trip.
Precautions for Isuzu Bulk Feed Trucks:
The hydraulic oil in the hydraulic system is factory-supplied for debugging purposes. Users are advised to replace it after a period of use to prevent valve sticking failures. The recommended oil grades are HV68 for summer and HV46 for winter
When driving, the lifting auger must be returned to its proper position to prevent hazards such as collisions and center of gravity shifts during transit.
The motors, engines, and electrical components used in the conveying system are all non-waterproof parts. Direct water rinsing is strictly prohibited, and waterproof measures must be taken
