Aluminum alloy European standard manhole is installed on the top of the oil tank and has built-in breathing and emergency exhaust functions. It can also be equipped with oil and gas recovery valves, oil measuring holes, anti overflow detection rods, etc. The anti overflow sensing system will automatically alarm when the liquid level reaches the detection position during the oil filling process, thereby stopping the oil filling. The built-in breathing valve keeps the internal pressure of the oil tank stable and balanced with the external pressure during oil transportation. Its design to prevent tipping and overflow ensures that the oil tank truck remains sealed in case of accidents. In the event of a sudden increase in pressure inside the tank, the emergency exhaust device will automatically open to release the pressure inside the tank, thereby preventing accidents and greatly improving the safety of oil transportation.

Bottom valve, also known as emergency shut-off valve, is installed at the bottom of the tank and used for refueling. It is easy to operate, time-saving, safe and environmentally friendly. The pressure balanced subsea valve is used for multi tank oil tankers and can be used for separate loading and unloading of different oil tanks. The three-way design simplifies the pipeline, reduces load, is easy to operate, and is safe and reliable.
The pneumatic cut-off valve is installed at the bottom of the fuel truck and can be used for bottom loading and refueling. The internal pressure of the valve is low and the flow rate is high. There is a cut-off groove on the flange edge of the valve body. In the event of an accident in the oil tank, due to the cut-off groove being unable to bear excessive impact, the body pipeline and tank will automatically disconnect, while the automatic centering plunger and durable spring will still remain sealed, and the medium inside the tank will not leak, thus ensuring the safety of the oil tank. When there is no air source or other reasons that prevent it from being opened, the cylinder piston rod can be folded open and manually opened.
Oil and gas recovery valveThe oil and gas recovery valve is a device that recovers the oil and gas generated during the loading and unloading of oil. It can be directly installed on the top tank of the oil tanker or on the manhole cover. It can be mechanically linked to the underwater valve at the bottom of the tank through a push rod, or controlled by the gas source to open and close.
The oil and gas recovery valve can recover all the oil and gas generated by the volatilization of oil during loading and unloading into the oil tank in the storage area, avoiding oil and gas leakage. It can also condense and reuse the oil and gas through other oil and gas recovery devices, thus achieving the goal of energy conservation and environmental protection.

When filling the tanker oil tank, the oil and gas recovery valve opens, and the rising liquid level pushes the oil and gas upward, returning to the oil tank in the storage area through a series of oil and gas recovery systems.
