(1). The milk tank is made up of three layers:outside layer(for physical protection),middle layer(thermal insulation),inner layer tank(for milk filling).
(2). The thickness of thermal insulation layer is 80mm.
(3). The tanker liner is made of high quality food grade stainless steel,and the inner tank has been fine polished.
(4). Equipped with PIC cleaning devices.With function of thermal insulation: medium temperature change≤1°C during 24 hours.
(5). The tank can be divided into several parts according to demand to load different medium.
Fresh milk transporter tank assembly: Generally speaking, it is divided into three layers. The tank inner tank is made of 304/2B food grade stainless steel, the thickness of the plate is 3-4mm, and the middle part is polyurethane foam insulation with a thickness of 80mm. And the northwest area is 100-120mm, and the polyurethane foam of the semi-hanging manhole is 60mm thick. The heat preservation effect is ±2-3℃ in 24 hours. The outermost part of the tank is 2mm thick 304 stainless steel plate. The inner tank has cleaning device, cleaning rod (or cleaning ball); cleaning pipe (Φ38mm), four or more rotating cleaning nozzles, external water pipes, and the tank inner tank can be automatically cleaned with a little pressure
