Our medium-sized LED advertising truck is a standard model featuring a 3300mm wheelbase and meeting Euro 2 or higher emission standards. It is available with either left-hand or right-hand drive configurations. The chassis can be selected from various manufacturers, including Dongfeng, Foton, Isuzu, Sinotruk, and FAW. The cargo box dimensions are 4200mm in length, 1700mm in width, and 2250mm in height. Customers may choose between single-sided, double-sided, or triple-sided full-color LED screens, with options ranging from P5, P4, or P3 resolutions to other higher-definition displays. The interior of the vehicle body is equipped with a built-in ultra-silent diesel generator set, audio system, computer, power amplifier, ventilation system, and other components. Additionally, optional features include a screen lifting mechanism and a hydraulic stage. The actual screen dimensions are determined by the specific LED display model selected. The opposite side of the vehicle can be optionally fitted with a monochrome scrolling text display and a lightbox advertisement featuring a built-in scrolling mechanism capable of rotating through 3 to 7 different images. The main LED display screen can be equipped with an optional hydraulic lifting system, allowing it to be raised vertically by up to 1.5 meters; a safety lock valve is included to control the lifting operation. The generator configuration—either an ultra-silent 8–15 kW diesel generator or a 6–8 kW gasoline generator—is selected based on the power requirements of the specific screen size. Alternatively, a dedicated battery system paired with an inverter of appropriate wattage can be installed. An external power switch and a 30-meter power cable are provided with the vehicle, allowing for seamless switching to a 220V mains power supply whenever available. Small and medium-sized advertising trucks can be optionally equipped with a simple stage ranging from 4 to over 10 square meters in size. The stage features a hydraulic retraction and deployment system, and the stage decking is constructed from bamboo plywood finished with a vinyl covering or red carpeting; an aluminum tread plate finish is also available as an option.
LED advertising vehicles come in various configurations:
(1) One side features a high-definition, full-color outdoor LED display, while the other side combines a monochrome LED ticker screen with a scrolling light box; the rear door is a spring-loaded mechanism; the LED display can be raised vertically by 1,800 mm.
